Mr. Md. MuslehUddin joined as Senior MIS Specialist in Local Governance Support Project-3 (LGSP-3) under the Local Government Division (LGD) on 14 November 2018. The project is jointly financed by Local Government Division (LGD) and World Bank.Earlier he joined the Public Administration Computer Center (PACC) of the Ministry of Public Administration on 22 June 1989 as a programmer. After than he promoted to the post of Systems Analyst on 30 March 1997, Senior Systems Analyst on 31stMarch 2005 and held the post till 30th May 2018.
He traveled to Japan, China, Korea, Malaysia, Singapore, Sri Lanka and India to attend various trainings, meetings and seminars.
He was the President of the Government ICT Officers Forum for the financial year 2013-2014 and the Vice-President of the Chief Technical Officers (CTO) Forum for the financial year 2013-2017. He is also a regular member(5105) of the Officer’s Club Dhaka.He is also a Life Fellow Member (F-064) of Bangladesh Computer Society (BCS).
In personal life he is the father of two sons, his wife UmmeHabiba is a skilled housewife. He is the eldest child of Dr. Nurul Islam Khandaker-KamrunNahar Begum of ShollaKhandaker Bari, ChatkhilUpazila of Noakhali District.
